We have changed the rules for the 2011 calendar contest. This year, instead of a drawing we would like you to submit a photograph.
Rules:
- You must be a patient of our practice.
- Your photo subject should be something related to a smile and/or orthodontics and the season/month of which you are entering.
- A release will need to be signed by the subject in the picture and you the photographer for duplication purposes. Submissions cannot be accepted without this release.
Photo submissions must be emailed to contest.albanybraces@gmail.com submissions must be atleast 1280x960 (~1 Megapixel) and in jpg format. When submitting photos be sure to include your full name and the month.
Sorry no scanned or hard copies will be accepted.
Submission deadline is July 30th

Guess how many conversation hearts are in the jar. The closest guess without going over will be the winner, there will be one winner per office. In the event of a tie we will do a drawing.
